SERVICES & SUPPORT SERVICE & SUPPORT AGREEMENTS Light Structures offers full Service & Support Agreements (SSA) to our customers which include assistance from our shorebased engineers and service calls to the vessel. The SSA cover annual software upgrades, routine check of hardware, calibration of sensors (long-base), telephone/e-mail support and a yearly system status report. CONDITION REPORTS – SENSFIB VISTA We offer a regular reporting service that includes a concise report of special events in the report period, fatigue status and history as a convenient input to the maintenance planner. This service requires that the ship forwards data to Light Structures at regular intervals. SERVICE ON DEMAND If needed we will despatch a system specialist from our head office in Norway or one of our service agents to any port to provide the highest quality diagnostics, repair and service of systems. USER TRAINING When required we can arrange training from our office in Norway or at any training center of choice. A virtual training scheme will be available by end 2011. ONSHORE VIEWER SOFTWARE A software package is available for reviewing data onshore. The data viewer mirrors the funtionality of the onboard user interface, and allows browsing of backup data. DATA ANALYSIS AND MANAGEMENT We can assist with onshore analysis of special events, and also copying, storing and retrieving backed up data.
